Can clients pay with international or foreign cards?

Yes—if the card has a major brand logo like Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, or JCB, it will work. Confido accepts most international credit and debit cards by default.

Exceptions for Standing Links

If your firm uses Standing Links that are publicly available on your firm's website, we may have added fraud filters that block international cards. If a client’s card is declined and they’re abroad, reach out to support@confidolegal.com or through our in-app chat to review or adjust those settings.
