This release contains updates for Disbursement updates, subscription improvements and more.
Disbursements
Instant Disbursements
Recipients can now receive instant disbursements by submitting their debit card. Instead of waiting for an ACH disbursement which typically takes about 3 - 5 days, clients can receive their funds immediately. Clients who choose the instant disbursement option will be charged a small 1% fee. They will continue to have the option to select a free ACH disbursement.
New Webhooks
New webhooks are available for disbursements:
- disbursement.created
- disbursement.deleted
More Authentication Options
We added the ability for recipients to claim their disbursement by authenticating with their mobile phone number. Firms will be able to add multiple email addresses or phone numbers so clients can easily authenticate and claim their disbursement.
Pass Amounts into a Standing Link URL
You can now pass in amounts in a dollar format (e.g., dollarAmount=$150.50) as a searchParam on a StandingLink page. If you pass in an amount, this value will pre-populate the amount field.
Subscription Improvements
- Matters in Subscriptions: We've added the ability to associate matters with subscriptions in the API.
- Upcoming Payments: subscription.upcomingPayments are now listed in ascending order, allowing for clearer payment tracking. Additionally, we updated subscription.upcomingPayment.amount to an Integer.
Bug Fixes
- Onboarding CSS: We've resolved an issue where onboarding.js CSS was overriding global styles.
- Hosted Fields: We've enabled the recording of client and matter details on hosted fields payments.
