Back in March I shared three things that I learned from the Small Law Firm Coronavirus Growth Symposium put on by How to Manage a Small Law Firm. At that time, when uncertainty and fear about our current predicament were at its peak, the content of the Growth Symposium offered a powerful reminder to stay positive and focused.
As the country begins, at least in some quarters, to open back up the good people from How To Manage a Small Law Firm are back with another program titled (in a very on-brand way) How to Not Screw Up Your Law Office’s Re-Entry.
Starting June 1 (that’s this coming Monday for those who, like me, have lost all sense of dates and days in this crazy time) RJon Robins, CEO of How to Manage a Small Law Firm will lead five free one-hour calls, one each day, on how to “safely, effectively and profitably re-enter the workplace and open the doors to your law firm after social distancing/shutdown measures are lifted.”
RJon holds out himself and his team at How To Manage a Small Law Firm as an organization that knows more about how to grow, scale, and manage a small law firm than anyone else. And it’s hard to argue with him. Having launched How To Manage a Small Law Firm into the headwinds of the last significant economic downturn, RJon and his team have helped firms of all sizes and types succeed in good times and not-so-good times. If anyone has a broadly applicable plan for lawyers and law firms to re-emerge post-COVID, it’s RJon and his team.
Regardless of whether you live in a state that’s still a few weeks away from “re-opening” or you’re already going to bars and getting a haircut, it’s never too early to think about how your firm will adapt to our new, radically changed landscape.
Here’s a quick agenda for the upcoming How to Not Screw Up Your Law Office’s Re-Entry event:
- Monday June 1: Mindset
- Tuesday June 2: Planning the first 90 days back
- Wednesday June 3rd: Open Office Hours (Q and A with RJon)
- Thursday June 4th: How to get the physical space ready for people to return
- Friday June 5th: Marketing
Sign up here to grab a spot and join RJon and How to Manage a Small Law Firm to plan the re-entry for your law firm. I'm not even running a law firm and I'll be there.
