What is a Payment Link?
This article outlines what Payment Links are and some common ways to use them.
A Payment Link is a link tied to a particular client for a specified amount. The client can pay the amount in full or can make partial payments. Payments can be deposited into any of the firm's bank accounts or split between multiple bank accounts (split payment).
Common uses for Payment Links
- Sending a Payment Link to one client for a specific amount.
- Sending one Payment Link to one client that combines their total outstanding amounts. A Payment Link can include invoice amounts and trust requests in the same payment link.
