What happens if you reach or exceed your ACH Limit?
This article explains what happens if you reach or exceed your ACH limits and how to get it resolved.
If you exceed 80% of your 15-day limit, we will notify you with instructions to provide documentation for requesting a higher limit.
Payments exceeding your current 15-day or per-transaction limits will be declined. For example, if your per-transaction limit is $50,000 and a client submits a $60,000 payment, the payment will be declined. Once your limit is increased, the payment can be retried.
If you'd like to request to apply for a higher limit up to $300,000, you can always initiate this by uploading 3 months of recent bank statements here (Secure Document Upload) and emailing support@confidolegal.com with your request.
