What are ACH Limits?

This article explains what ACH Limits are and how they are applied for Confido Legal users.

When you set up an account with Confido Legal to accept ACH bank transfers, we are required to establish initial limits on the total ACH payment volume you can process. These limits ensure your firm can support potential refunds, returns, or disputes for large-dollar transactions.

Your firms initial limit depends on the total revenue shown in the two months of bank statements submitted during your application process.

Default limits are as follows:

  • Normal Default Limit: $50,000 total ACH payment volume over a rolling 15-day period, $50,000 per transaction.
  • Higher Default Limit: $100,000 total ACH payment volume over a rolling 15-day period, $100,000 per transaction.

If you're new to Confido Legal or an existing client and you want to know your ACH limits, you can contact support@confidolegal.com for this information.
