This article explains how to request an increase to your ACH limits
Whether you’re a new or existing client, you can request an increase to your ACH payment limits at any time. Here’s how:
1. Raise Limit up to $300,000
If your current limit is $50,000 or $100,000 and you’d like to increase it further we will need to collect the following information to request a limit increase up to $300,000.
- Provide three months of your most recent bank statements.
- Ensure the statements show dates, amounts, and transaction descriptions. (Client-identifying information can be redacted.)
- Upload your statements to our secure portal: Secure Upload.
2. Raise Limit Above $300,000
For limits exceeding $100,000 (up to $300,000), we require additional documentation:
- Six consecutive months of bank statements.
- Three years of Profit & Loss statements (two full years and the current year-to-date).
- Three years of Balance Sheets (two full years and the current year-to-date).
- Optional: Additional documents illustrating cash flow or assets.
Our team will review the provided financial documents to ensure your firm can support large transactions and potential refunds, returns, or disputes.
