How do I change my password?

This article outlines how to reset your password for Confido Legal.

Note: If you use Google Authentication or click the "Continue with Google" to sign in, then you will need to update your Google password instead of following these steps.

Steps

Navigate to Confido Legal.
Click on Sign-in.
Click Forgot your password?

Submit your email address and click Send Email.

You will receive an email with a one-time verification code.
Submit the one-time verification code along with your new password and click Reset Password.

If you do not receive a verification code, click Back to login and repeat these steps. If you still do not receive the code after repeating these steps, reach out to our support team for assistance.
