How do I change a user's role?

This article outlines how to change a user's access in Confido Legal.

Change a User's Role

  • Navigate to Settings Users Active Users.
  • Click on the user's name.
  • In the drop-down for User Role, select the new role for the user.
  • The role can be either a User or an Admin.
    • Users can manage payments, matters, clients and reports. The limitation for Users is that they have no access to Settings.
    • Admins can manage all features in Confido Legal, including Settings. They can manage payments, matters, clients, reports, firm settings, users and integrations. They can sign up for additional payment methods (if available).
  • You will see a message that shows you successfully updated the role.
