This release contains transaction Deposit IDs and updates to Stored Payment Methods.
When a Stored Payment Method (saved card or bank account) fails or declines, its status will be set to payment_failed. If the Stored Payment Method belongs to a Subscription or recurring payment, the Subscription status is also updated to payment_failed.
